Stripe webhooks are the source of truth for subscription state in the backend.
If a subscription becomes unpaid or past due, Nostate may immediately suspend user sandboxes. There is currently no automatic unsuspend path.
Admin overrides
Admins can add sandbox and custom-domain bonus capacity on top of the base entitlement that comes from billing.
These overrides are additive rather than replacement values.
