Is Nostate guaranteed to stay online all day, every day?
No. Nostate does not promise 24/7 availability, minimum uptime, or uninterrupted queue execution.
You should not rely on the current free cloud service as a guaranteed production host for mission-critical workloads.
Can data be lost or deleted?
Yes. Data loss, sandbox deletion, reset events, configuration drift, or incomplete recovery are all possible.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of content, code, assets, exports, and deployment state.
Do you guarantee support or incident response?
No. Support may be provided, but there is no guaranteed response time, remediation target, or recovery target at this stage.
Can a user demand compensation for downtime, damage, or business loss?
Not under the current free-service model. Nostate does not accept responsibility for downtime, data loss, deletion, misconfiguration, missed launches, end-user harm, or commercial loss caused by use of the platform.
Does Nostate take responsibility for what happens inside my sandbox?
No. You remain responsible for your own code, content, integrations, credentials, access control, and all effects on your own users and customers.
