1. Acceptance and eligibility
You may use Nostate only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and are authorized to act for any organization you represent.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, sandboxes, domains, API tokens, integrations, and team-controlled credentials.
2. Free service status
Nostate may be provided without charge during its initial cloud availability period. Free access does not create a duty to continue service, preserve data, or maintain any specific feature or capacity level.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, throttle, or terminate all or part of the service at any time.
3. User responsibility for content and configuration
You are solely responsible for the content you publish, the code you run, the configuration you apply, the domains you attach, and the operational decisions you make through Nostate.
You must verify your own backups, exports, runtime safety, legal compliance, access policies, and deployment readiness.
- Sandbox misconfiguration is your responsibility.
- Accidental deletion by your team or by automation remains your responsibility.
- You must keep independent copies of business-critical data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Nostate for unlawful activity, abuse, credential theft, malware delivery, spam, denial-of-service activity, deceptive routing, unauthorized surveillance, or content that violates applicable law.
We may suspend or remove accounts, sandboxes, domains, or traffic that create operational, legal, security, or reputational risk.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nostate is provided as is and as available, without warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or data integrity.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nostate and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including data loss, deleted sandboxes, configuration mistakes, delivery failures, security failures, lost profits, lost business, or end-user harm.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for abuse, inactivity, risk management, infrastructure changes, or product decisions.
Upon termination, your sandboxes, data, logs, domains, and related records may become unavailable or be deleted without further recovery obligation.
